By definition, “summit” means top of the mountain; the highest point. As a mental health professional, my aim is to be approachable while also challenging you to to reach your highest point. The summit is worth the climb.
Tara has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, as well as facilitating therapy groups. Tara effectively engages in the process of positive change while working with her therapy clients and, additionally, provides play therapy (when applicable) using techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy as well as Mindfulness.

For new clients, you will have an intake appointment to go over your information and develop a therapeutic plan. After the intake appointment, you will have a follow-up appointments lasting approximately 50 mins. to work towards your mental health goals.
